TO GET YOUR HOME SOLD
- SIGNAGE: I place a Real Pro NW sign with a flyer box on the property. I will also post directional signs as permitted by the city guiding prospective buyers to drive by your property.
- RMLS: I enroll your property immediately into the multiple listing service here in Oregon providing a full written detail on your home along with photographs. Once your home is electronically placed in the MLS website, the property is exposed to over 6,500 real estate agents and many, many more buyers.
- LOCKBOX ACCESS: I place an electronically monitored lockbox on your property for convenient realtor access. This will increase the number of showings your property will receive.
- INTERNET: Your property will be exposed to buyers and agents on 4 different websites: dianewu.com, realpronw.com, rmls.com, and realtor.com.
- DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN: I send out postcards to 100 properties close to your property letting them know that your property just went on the market. Many times your neighbors are the ones who know of people wanting to move into the neighborhood.
- FLYERS: I design a full color flyer that highlights the features of your home. I place these flyers inside the property as well as in the flyer box until the home is SOLD. I also install a laminated flyer in the flyer box so that prospective buyers can always get information on your home.
- HOMEBOOK: I prepare and place a book that gives detailed information about your property and neighborhood in your home. This book includes the full color flyer, MLS printout, utility information, school information, community information, and property disclosure/disclaimer.
- ADVERTISING: I use several advertising mediums and select the ones that will give the greatest impact for your home.
- BROKER’S TOUR: I schedule this tour for the first Tuesday your home is listed with us. This tour is for all the realtors in this area and is a great opportunity for me to receive feedback about your home and to preview your home for their potential buyers.
- OPEN HOUSES: I will discuss and schedule open houses with you. Typically I will do one open house and depending on the turn out, we will then discuss if it would be advantageous to do more.
- YOUR INTEREST: I will represent and negotiate for you on all the contracts presented making sure all the details are covered and your interests are protected.
- FEEDBACK: I follow up with all the agents who have shown your home to get feedback and find out if there is any interest. This helps me to evaluate if we are hitting the target group of buyers.
- WEEKLY CONTACT: I contact you at least once a week to discuss feedback from other agents, any comments or questions you may have, and/or any market activity.
- SUPPORT: I handle all the paperwork involved in a transaction and I am committed to making certain all aspects of the sale are handled smoothly and efficiently.
